Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask whether we hold personal information about you and receive a copy of it;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your personal information;
  • ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to a particular use;
  • receive information you gave us in a portable format;
  • complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom.

What we hold

The site has no accounts or forms, so we hold very little: technical server logs kept by our hosting provider, and any emails or messages you have sent us. Our privacy policy explains this in more detail.

How to make a request

Email office@marketingbliz.com with the subject line “Data request”, say which right you would like to use, and tell us the email address or other detail we should search for. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so that information is not passed to the wrong person.

What to expect

We aim to reply within one month. There is no charge for a reasonable request. If we cannot do what you ask, for example because the law requires us to keep a record, we will explain why.

Providers’ websites

If you registered with a provider after reading one of our articles, that provider holds the information you gave it. Please contact the provider directly to use your rights over that information.
